Description of Services

EcoTrack is an offline-first, blockchain-verified plastic waste traceability platform. The Services include waste recovery logging and verification, chain of custody documentation, compliance reporting tools, API access, and mobile application for field operations.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are the exclusive property of Mirasi Provisions or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Mirasi Provisions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
